Perfect

The shape of a bird,
of a flower,
of every bird,
every flower, tree, rock.

Time after time,
specimen after specimen:
perfection, finished without a seam,
no plan needed.

I can’t do that
but I would love to try.

    • Thank you. πŸ™‚ I suppose nature always is perfect, but we want to improve that. L&H xx

  4. The poet has modest aspirations for this seamlessly described task. I am hugely impressed by the scale of simplicity and complexity in this stand-out piece. A great work Ina.

  5. You try, we try, all try for the simplicity of perfection…the dream of the singing of the spheres…and yet, in our imperfect trying we are beautiful…

  6. Love this, Ina, and have shared on FB! XO β™₯
