Certain of a hug

What is certain? The word does not reflect
anything, like: money, will you be there,
nor sunshine. Health. I am not so certain
that we shall be here tomorrow evening
but let’s assume. Assume is good, makes sense.
If we are still here tomorrow evening,
same sofa, with us watching the weather,
let us hold each other tight, let us hug.
We made it through another day. Shall we?

I could do with a hug, that’s all. Maybe a hug can keep the world from falling apart?

    • Hi John

thank you. Every day it is uncertain how the next day will be. Maybe things will get better! Who knows πŸ™‚

  5. I would send you one too, but I feel in need of one myself at the moment. 😦

  6. Big, fat and warm cyber-hugs to all of you hugless out there – I mean it…

  7. It is about just breathing … which seems so simple but often so overwhelmed by thoughts of the future. Just appreciate the now. Thank you for this beautiful reminder, Ina.
